Message From Brad J Harter, President and CEO of Lima Allen County Paramedics

As President and CEO of Lima Allen County Paramedics (LACP) since 1988, I feel compelled to express my sincere gratitude to our past and present patients and partners who support this locally owned, operated, and dispatched ambulance service. Without your loyal support, we could not exist. You have made it possible to serve this region for over forty years, and with the grace of God, we will continue to for another forty.
LACP wishes to acknowledge our partners and thank you for allowing us the privilege to serve your needs. To our local hospitals, nursing homes, nurses, physicians, administrators, social workers, discharge planners, special event patrons, secretaries and private citizens who ask for us by name, and to the devoted police, sheriff and fire departments who are at times, the first responders, thank you all!!
With deep gratitude, I thank the close family of employees at LACP. Each and every one of you deserves special thanks for your high standards and dedication to be the best in your field. These characteristics of customer service are why our partners entrust us; it's what sets us apart from the rest. You are the reason LACP prospers today.
As a lifelong resident of the Lima-Allen County community, I am pleased to a part of an ambulance service that provides such high quality patient care.
Lima Allen County Paramedics was established in 1964 and has certain unique characteristics, which makes it different from other ambulance/EMS systems. LACP provides the highest quality of patient care with a “patient comes first” attitude that must prevail in the minds of all associates employed by our system. Our ambulance system is a performance based system. With this type of ambulance/EMS system, we require that results be achieved using creativity and innovative methods found in today’s EMS model.
